In many website building requirements, some forms are required for front end users to submit. To facilitate the collection, statistics, analysis and processing of more data. For example, some common interactive applications such as online orders and online registration.
Most of these requirements can be met by using the custom form function provided by the dream content management system (DedeCMS).
1. Custom form management
The custom form is located in [Channel Model] - [Custom Form] under the "Core" tab of the main menu, as shown in Figure 1:

2. New Custom Form
Creating a completed custom form consists of the following five steps:
Step 1: Click the "Custom" form in Figure 1 to enter the management interface. Start creating a new custom form, as shown in Figure 2:

Step 2: After entering the Create Form interface, create a table according to your own needs, as shown in Figure 3:

Note: In addition to "User defined Form Name", if you do not know the specific meaning of other form items, it is recommended that you keep the default.
Step 3: After successfully completing the second step, return to the "User defined Form Management" interface, click the "" small icon to edit to add a new form field, as shown in Figure 4:

Step 4: After entering the form editing interface, click "Add New Field", as shown in Figure 5:

Step 5: After entering the "Add New Field" interface, add your field information according to your own needs, as shown in Figure 6:

Note: If you have multiple fields, just repeat steps 4 and 5.
3. Form submission and management
Front desk submission:
For the submission address of the foreground form, click "foreground preview" in the third step of 2. After entering the foreground list interface, click "Publish Information" in the upper right corner to submit, as shown in Figure 7:

After entering the Publish Info interface, you can see the specific form information and submit it. As shown in Figure 8:

back-stage management
After entering the "User defined Forms" management interface according to Figure 1, you can see the specific form list. When we click the "Name" hyperlink, we can see all the information submitted by the foreground. As shown in Figure 9 and Figure 10:
